Voices Against Violence
Voices Against Violence is a crisis center that supports survivors of domestic and sexual violence, stalking, human trafficking and bullying. They assist 700-800 individuals annually in 21 towns surrounding Plymouth.
The organization’s mission is to break the cycle of violence by providing comprehensive services for all victims and survivors and by creating social change through education and action.
Voices provides information and support to victims and survivors, their family and friends, community members, and professionals around domestic violence, children who witness domestic violence, sexual violence and harassment, stalking, and bullying. Voices Against Violence is Southern Grafton County’s resource for current information, state and federal guidelines, and best practices around these issues.

Voices Against Violence never stopped providing services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, they responded to an increased need by moving to a hybrid staffing model, and today their nine employees split their time between working remotely at home and coming into the office, depending upon the work they do.
Executive Director Meg Kennedy Dugan explains Chamber membership helps Voices stay in touch with neighboring agencies and organizations, providing a source of outreach for information and communication.
She notes, “It’s a wonderful way to be a part of the amazing communities we serve.”
