Meet Our Board Members
What makes the CNHCC mission powerful for you?
Connectivity. The Chamber’s mission of connectivity as a driver of economic growth is powerful. To know that each member is a valuable resource in their own right is everything. Rising tides lift all boats–this is what the Chamber does as a conduit for connectivity, as a dot connector for the benefit of all.
What do you appreciate most about being a Chamber member?
I appreciate the unspoken connection between its members. It’s a great ice breaker in all situations, and as a business owner it’s great to have a built-in network that I can reach out to for mentorship at any time, on any topic.
What appeals to you about board service as a volunteer activity?
The appeal of service, of volunteer activity, is that by helping others I am better able to learn and grow to serve my business, my team, and my family better.
What are some of your previous volunteer experiences or leadership roles?
Current:
Plymouth Rotary Club Member
Lakes Region Board of Realtors Grievance Committee
NH Realtors Public Policy Committee
NH Realtors Legal Committee
Past:
Plymouth Rotary Club Past President/VP/Secretary
Western White Mountains Chamber of Commerce BOD
Lakes Region Board of Realtors Education Committee
NH Realtors Leadership Academy
As you look ahead to the next two years, what do you see as important initiatives or priorities for the Chamber?
Over the next two years, I feel the priorities of the Chamber should center around collaboration and defining the needs and future role of the Chamber. By shedding outdated practices, following through on those that may have been ill-executed, and not being afraid to progress in a direction that will provide value to the members who we wish to retain and attract.
