Join CNHCC on May 4, 2023 at 4:00 PM for a combined Member Showcase and Ribbon Cutting featuring CASA of New Hampshire and opening the new Voices Against Violence offices in Plymouth.
NEW REGISTRATION PAGE COMING SOON!
This Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce event will showcase CASA of New Hampshire and will also feature a ribbon cutting and open house celebrating the opening of the new Voices Against Violence offices in the Brimstone Office complex .
Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of New Hampshire is a nonprofit that recruits, trains, and supports community volunteers to serve as advocates for children throughout the state who have experienced abused or neglect. CASA volunteer advocates get to know a child and the important people in that child’s life to provide vital information to help a judge make decisions based on the best interests of the child.
Since CASA was founded in 1989, they have given more than 10,000 New Hampshire children a voice in District and Family courts and a chance at a brighter future.
Voices Against Violence is a crisis services agency located in Plymouth, NH. They provide information and support to victims and survivors, their family and friends, community members, professionals around domestic violence, and children who witness domestic violence, sexual violence and harassment, stalking, human trafficking, and bullying.
About this Event
Member Showcases are the Chamber’s newest way for member businesses to showcase their products and services. Ribbon Cuttings celebrate the opening of new businesses and new locations.
Come learn how CASA of NH and, our host, Voices Against Violence serve our community. Attendees may tour the new Voices Against Violence facility and meet CASA and Voices staff and partners.
Connect with our Chamber community! Admission is free, but advance registration is required. Light hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be available.
