Join us for the return of the Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce’s Travel & Tourism Seminar!
Wednesday, January 11, 2023, from 9 a.m.-noon. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.
Plymouth State University’s Merrill Place in Plymouth, NH
This year’s Travel & Tourism Seminar will feature keynote speaker Lori Harnois, NH Director of Travel and Tourism Development, who will present a summary of 2022 tourism outcomes for the state, as well as information about 2023 trends, predictions, and state marketing strategies.
Guest speakers Michele Cota, Director of Discover New England, and Jada Lindblom, PhD, Field Specialist, Community and Economic Development, UNH Extension, will cover topics of interest to business owners and professionals engaged in travel and tourism activities across the state.
For the first time, the event will include a mini exposition area featuring related vendors and organizations.

Merrill Place Conference Center is located at 14 Merrill Street in Plymouth, NH 03264.
Take I-93 to exit 25. Turn west (right) from the off ramp and travel ~1 mile to the roundabout. Take the first exit out of the roundabout, which will turn you right onto Main Street. After 1/4 mile, turn left onto Merrill Street. After you crest the hill and pass Centre Lodge and PSU Health Services, Merrill Place will be on your right at the corner of Merrill and Langdon Streets. There is a large parking lot across the street on the left and parking is free.

Organizations and businesses are invited to exhibit at the CNHCC Travel and Tourism Seminar’s vendor exposition in the Merrill Place Conference Center lobby.
Up to 150 event attendees will flow through the exposition area during the registration period from 8:30-9 a.m., as well as during breaks and after the presentations conclude.
A limited number of draped tables are available to exhibitors. Table rental is $50 for CNHCC members and $100 for non-members. Table rental includes free event admission for one attendee and 50% off admission for two additional attendees, a value of $20 for CNHCC members and $30 for non-members.
Exposition participants may:
- Hang banners or signs from the front of their table
- Exhibit table-top displays, such as signs and pull-up banners
- Display slideshows, images, or websites using tablets or laptops (must be silent)
- Distribute informational materials
- Offer branded giveaways
- Gather attendee contact information
Exhibitors must maintain their displays during the entire seminar, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, and staff their tables during the pre-event registration period, during program breaks, and for 15 minutes after the program concludes. Set-up for exhibitors will open at 8 a.m. on the day of the event.
